Reading:
I’m a bookworm and despite being an avid reader, I find our local library system inadequate. It’s a relief to own an e-reader; Amazon makes it simple to find whatever we want to read and download it to our Kindle Fire HD 10 Plus Tablet. Then we can unwind with an excellent book on our porch, enjoying the Florida weather. We admirer the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Charles Dickens, Mark Twain, Ian Fleming, Howard Lovecraft, John Bunyan, C. S. Lewis, H.G. Wells, Robert Howard, and a host of others. Learn what we're reading @ Goodread.com.

Music:
We enjoy listening to music from the 50s through the 90s on an MP3 player; from Jazz, Rock, Motown, Rhythm and Blues, Disco, Bluegrass, Country and more. Groups as Bill Haley & His Comets, Four Tops, Paul Revere & the Raiders, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Carpenters, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Eagles, Bee Gees, Electric Light Orchestra, Simon & Garfunkel, Jackson 5, Earth, Wind & Fire, Alabama, The Charlie Daniels Band, and more.
We Love Classic TV Shows or Movies!
We Love Classic TV Shows or Movies!
Our enjoyment is limited to classic TV shows and movies from the 50s through the 80s, the good stuff. Shows like Bewitched, The Beverly Hillbillies, The Lucy Show, Mister Ed, Hogan's Heroes, M*A*S*H, The Odd Couple, All In The Family, Sanford and Son, Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Rawhide, The Love Boat, etc. Police and Detective Shows as Dragnet, Perry Mason, Ironside, CHiPs, Charlie's Angels, Hawaii Five-O, etc. Sci-Fi as Star Trek, Stargate SG-1, etc. Today’s selection of TV shows and movies SUCK! This is why it was easy to ditch cable and free over-the-air TV. We utilize either a Roku or a DVD-Blu-ray player to skip irritating commercials. View our profile on IMDb - Click Here.

Mainstream Social Media is being replaced by the Fediverse.
It's time for these mainstream social media sites to realize it's over, the corporately owned social media fad is Kaput! They destroyed it by hammering us with misleading advertising, then some block us from using ad blockers. It's filled with hate, censorship, bots, fake accounts and misleading information. These corporately owned mainstream social media sites are not in decline, it’s pushing up daisies. Just like the fad of CB and Amateur Radio, the fad of corporately owned mainstream social media is Kaput! People are slowly moving on to the next fad, which for us is the fediverse. You can follow us: mastodon.online/@BookwormCowboy or on BlueSky. To learn more about Censorship Online and the solutions, click here.

Then you have Bluesky, which is rapidly gaining popularity, especially among users looking for an alternative to X (formerly Twitter). Yeah, Elon Musk takeover of the platform claiming he's going to promote free speech turned out to be bogus, just a different version of censorship. Then Musk wants you to buy a subscription which is laughable! You can find us at https://bsky.app/profile/bookwormcowboy.bsky.social
"I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.”"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.""The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain."As Walt Disney said: “Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious...and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”
